EXecutive Leadership Team

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

PHN engaged the Australian Leadership Academy (ALA) to deliver a bespoke Executive Leadership Program to the Executive Leadership Team.

Utilising ALA’s unique ‘agenda setting process’, the Executive Leadership Team presented their most significant adaptive challenges and core focus for their work. This ensured that the collective approach stayed focused on the needs of the leaders and the wider organisation.
